Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered within 7–15 business days in the U.S. — about 8–18 business days total.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. No minimum, no code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. We're expanding soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to start updating.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at customerservice@saintgild.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
I entered the wrong address — what now?
Contact us right away. If your order hasn't shipped, we can correct it. Once shipped, we're unable to reroute it.
Our Jewelry
Is your jewelry real gold?
Our pieces are gold-plated — a layer of gold over a durable metal base — for the warm, luxe look of fine gold at an everyday price. They are not solid gold.
Will it tarnish? How do I care for it?
With a little care, your piece will stay beautiful for a long time. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion, and sweat; store it dry in a pouch or box; and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
Is it waterproof?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Moisture and chemicals can wear down any plated finish over time.
I have sensitive skin — is it safe for me?
Many of our pieces are designed to be gentle on skin. If you have specific metal sensitivities, check the materials listed on each product page or email us before ordering.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in USD.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.
Does it make a good gift?
Absolutely. Each SAINT GILD piece is made to be given — a timeless, meaningful reminder of faith for a birthday, baptism, confirmation, or just because.
